The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially released a revised schedule for NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2, updating the dates for registration, choice filling, and seat allotment. According to the revised schedule, Round 2 registration will begin on September 4, 2025, and continue until September 9, 2025. During this period, candidates will be able to register and submit their applications for MBBS and BDS admissions under the All India Quota (AIQ) seats.

- Choice Filling: September 5 – September 9, 2025
- Choice Locking: September 9, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 11:55 PM
- Seat Allotment Process: September 10 – 11, 2025
- Seat Allotment Result: September 12, 2025
- Reporting to Allotted Institute: September 13 – 19, 2025
- Verification of Joined Candidates’ Data by Institutes: September 20 – 21, 2025

Additional Updates for NEET UG Counselling 2025
The MCC has also extended the Round 1 resignation facility until September 3, 2025. This extension allows candidates to resign from their allotted seat without losing their security deposit, giving them the flexibility to participate in Round 2.
Additionally, the PwD portal for generating certificates for Round 2 counselling is now active and will remain open until 5:00 PM on September 5, 2025. Eligible candidates with disabilities can visit designated MCC Disability Centres to obtain their certificates in accordance with NMC guidelines.
To make the process more accessible, the MCC has added 13 new Disability Centres across India where PwD/PwBD candidates can undergo examination and obtain valid certificates to participate in counselling.
