ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age Limit (as on 31st August 2025):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 24 years
- Age relaxation applies as per government norms.
Educational Qualifications:
Trade Apprentice (Fitter) – Matriculation with a full-time 2-year ITI (Fitter) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Apprentice (Electrician) – Matriculation with a full-time 2-year ITI (Electrician) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Technician Apprentice (Mechanical) – 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 50% aggregate marks for General, EWS, OBC-NCL & 45% for SC/ST/PwBD.
Technician Apprentice (Civil) – 3-year full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with similar minimum marks criteria.
Graduate Apprentice (BBA / B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc.) – Full-time graduation in any discipline with the above-mentioned marks criteria.
Stipend and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules, 1992, with periodic revisions as per government notifications. Apprentices will also benefit from exposure to IOCL’s training and development programs, enabling them to enhance their technical and professional skills.
