The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date to submit online applications of Graduate Aptitude Test – Biotechnology (GAT – B) / Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2023,

As per the notification released the last date to submit online application been extended till 5th April 2023, Last date for the payment of fees is 5th April 2023, Corrections if any in the application submitted can be done on 8th and 9th April 2023

Graduate Aptitude Test- Biotechnology (GAT – B) 2023 is held for admission to Department of Biotechnology supported Post Graduate Programme in Biotechnology and allied areas in participating Institutions, while Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2023 is for award of DBT – Junior Research Fellowship (DBT-JRF) for pursuing research in frontier areas of Biotechnology (BET). GAT-B 2023 Score is valid for admission the courses during the academic year 2023-2024

Qualified candidates of GAT-B 2023, admitted to DBT supported Post Graduate programmes in Biotechnology and allied areas, at Participating Institutions / Universities in India will be paid stipend ranging from Rs 5000 to 12,000 per month,

BET is an All-India computer-based examination which is held once every year. These fellowships are tenable at any recognized university / institution in India where the selected fellow registers for Ph.D programme
