Registration Process and Key Dates
Online registration for the CBSE Heritage India Quiz 2025 is accessible via the CBSE official website, Schools must complete the registration formalities using their official credentials (school affiliation number and password) and submit a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1500 per team, strictly through the designated payment gateway. The last date for online registration is 30th September 2025. Timely registration ensures seamless participation, and schools are advised to avoid last-minute delays.
Stages of the Competition
The quiz unfolds in three progressive rounds:
- Stage 1: Online Test
Conducted in October 2025 as a 50-minute computer-based test comprising 60 multiple-choice questions. Teams compete in their school’s IT labs, and results are announced via the CBSE academic website. - Stage 2: Cluster Round
The top six teams from each cluster proceed to the online cluster round in November 2025, held via video conferencing. The cluster winners move to the semifinals in Delhi. - Stage 3: Semi-Finals & National Final
Scheduled tentatively for December 2025 in Delhi, the semi-finalists compete for a spot in the finals. Four group winners emerge, vying for the championship in an onsite event.
Participation Guidelines and Benefits
- The quiz is open to all CBSE-affiliated schools in India and abroad.
- Each school team consists of three students from classes IX–XII, selected internally.
