EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an INC/state nursing council recognized institute or university
- B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute, along with registration as a Nurse & Midwife with the State/Indian Nursing Council
- Candidates with GNM qualification must have two years of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the required educational qualification.
This ensures both fresh and experienced candidates are eligible, depending on their qualifications.
PAY SCALE:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Nursing Officers in Level 07 of the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2: ₹9,300 – ₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600), classified under Group-B. This comes with attractive allowances and benefits applicable to central government employees.
