COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka.
This exam is a doorway to get admissions to engineering and architecture courses offered by more than 120 institutes which accepts COMEDK scores. By COMEDK exam, candidates will become eligible for admissions to over 20000 B.Tech and BArch seats.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ENGINEERING
The candidate must be passed the 2ndPUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized institute/Board.Â
The candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with English as a compulsory subject in their last two academic years.
The minimum 45% score is required for general category applicants in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics taken together and 40% for SC/ST/ OBC candidates of Karnataka State. Also, the candidate should compulsorily pass each of subjects as mentioned above individually. Fromabove mentioned3 subjects Physics and Mathematics are mandatory but in place of Chemistry, the candidate may study Bio-Technology or Biology or Computer Science or Electronics as one of the optional subjects.Â
Diploma students are not eligible for this entrance exam because there is no lateral admission scheme.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ARCHITECTURE
The candidate should passed 2ndPUC or 10+2 or hold a Diploma (10+3)
Candidates who have passed 2ndPUC or 10+2 candidate must be studied Mathematics as one of the subjects along with other subjects.Â
The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for general category candidates and 45% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka.Â
B.Arch candidates aren’t compulsory to appear for any other entrance exam because admission will be based on NATA (or equivalent) scores.
HOW TO FILL COMEDK UGET APPLICATION FORM?
Step 1: To register, candidates have to enter their name, DOB, valid email ID, and valid mobile number. After successful registration, the user id and password are sent to the registered email id.Â
Step 2: The application form has sections like personal, academic, and communication details. All relevant fields have to be filled mandatorily. The candidate will be allowed to select up to 3 centers in the order of priority.
Step 3: Next the candidate has to upload their photograph, signature, and other documents in the prescribed format.   Â
Step 4: At last, the candidate has to pay the admission fee through online via net banking,/credit/debit cards.

COMEDK UGET COUNSELING 2021
Shortlisted candidates are called to attendfor offline counseling of COMEDK UGET 2021. At that time candidates need to be report to the counselingcenters in order to participate in the process. Candidates will have to fill their preferred choices of courses and institutes during the counseling. The steps involved in the entire counseling process are-
