The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the official schedule for post-result services for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Supplementary Exams 2025, including the application timelines for photocopies of evaluated answer books, verification of marks, and re-evaluation. Students can access these services via the official CBSE website.
Class 12 Schedule:
- Scanned answer books: August 6 to August 7, 2025
- Verification and re-evaluation: August 13 to August 14, 2025
Class 10 Schedule:
- Scanned answer books: August 8 to August 9, 2025
- Verification and re-evaluation: August 18 to August 19, 2025
According to the CBSE notice, candidates can apply for one or more subjects at once, but the application must be submitted in a single attempt. This applies to all requests related to scanned copies, verification, and re-evaluation.
CBSE has clarified that only students who apply for the scanned answer sheet will be eligible to proceed with verification or re-evaluation. The processing fee for scanned copies is ₹700 per subject for Class 12 and ₹500 per subject for Class 10. The verification of marks will cost ₹500 per subject, and re-evaluation will be charged at ₹100 per question for both classes.
The Board has advised students to carefully review their evaluated scripts before applying for any changes. It has reiterated that any change in marks, whether upward or downward, will be treated as final, and the previous mark sheet must be surrendered if a revised one is issued. No further review or appeal will be entertained.
CBSE also stated that applications for photocopies of answer sheets may be submitted under the RTI Act, 2005, but verification and re-evaluation cannot be requested under RTI provisions.
Importantly, all application windows will remain open on holidays, and CBSE has instructed that students themselves must submit applications. No third-party submissions, including through cyber cafes, will be accepted.
The CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Exam 2025 results were declared on August 1, with 53,201 students passing and an overall pass percentage of 38.36%.
