ABOUT ACCESS LIVELIHOODS
Access Livelihoods (AL) is a National Award-Winning Social Enterprise Incubator dedicated to creating innovative livelihood models. Over the years, AL has positively impacted over 75,000 women by strengthening Farmer Producer Companies, training farmers and youth, providing market linkages through Creyo, offering affordable finance, and integrating ERP solutions.
With a vision to impact 1 million livelihoods by 2028, AL is recognized by NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Skill Development. It has also partnered with international organizations such as GIZ to further its mission. In 2021, AL received the Best Incubator Award under Start-Up India, along with a ₹15 lakh grant.
ABOUT THE TRANSFORMING INDIA INITIATIVE (TII)
Launched in 2016, the Transforming India Initiative (TII) is designed to empower young professionals and entrepreneurs with the necessary skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience to address India’s socio-economic challenges. The initiative offers two key fellowship programs:
REIMAGINE RESPONSIBLE ENTERPRISES (RRE) FELLOWSHIP – 13 MONTHS
This program is tailored for young professionals looking to make an impact in responsible enterprises.
Structure: Begins with a 30-day reflection phase in Hyderabad, followed by enterprise placements.
Learning Methodology: Hands-on experience, mentorship, leadership skill development, reflection workshops, and practicum learning.
Stipend & Benefits: ₹18,000 per month for 12 months, ₹30,000 completion incentive, ₹50,000 excellence incentive, and a fellowship completion certificate.
SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM (SEP) – 2 YEARS
This fellowship is designed to nurture impact-driven entrepreneurs with practical training and mentorship.
Structure: 8-month reflection phase in Hyderabad followed by a 16-month practicum with responsible enterprises.
Learning Components: Practitioner talks, workshops, learning tours, and an Enterprise Development certification.
Stipend & Benefits: ₹25,000 per month for 12 months, ₹75,000 completion incentive, and a fellowship completion certificate.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Age limit: 20-30 years.
- Passion for social impact, entrepreneurship, and responsible business.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at the grassroots level and adapt to diverse environments.
FELLOWSHIP DETAILS
- Training Location: Hyderabad.
- Fellowship Locations: PAN-India.
- Program Fee: RRE: ₹16,000 + 18% GST; SEP: ₹8,00,000 + 18% GST.
- Application Fee: RRE: ₹1,000; SEP: ₹1,500.
