The Anant Fellowship 2025–26, offered by Anant National University—India’s first DesignX University—is a prestigious, year-long postgraduate programme aimed at individuals passionate about reshaping and enriching the built environment. Open to undergraduate degree holders from any discipline, the Fellowship is a unique opportunity for aspiring changemakers to grow into “solutionaries”—leaders who can design, build, and preserve sustainable and equitable habitats for all.
This globally recognized programme attracts individuals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, including architecture, urban planning, engineering, social sciences, design, and environmental studies. What unites them is a shared commitment to solving pressing environmental and social challenges through a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to the built environment.
FELLOWSHIP AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The Anant Fellowship offers a generous financial package of up to ₹7,50,000, comprising:
- ₹5,00,000 towards tuition fees
- ₹1,75,000 to ₹2,50,000 to cover accommodation costs (subject to availability)
This financial support ensures that deserving candidates from diverse economic backgrounds can pursue the programme without financial barriers.

SELECTION PROCESS
The Anant Fellowship follows a rigorous and thoughtful three-stage selection process based on a balanced evaluation of merit and need:
