Teacher Transfer Guidelines 2022-23 along with Time Table released

The Department of School Education and Literacy, Karnataka has released the Teacher Transfer Guidelines  along with Time Table Schedule for the year 2022-23,

As per the guidelines released the draft of the Teachers Transfer rules further to amend the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Teachers) Rules, 2020 which the Government of Karnataka, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Teachers) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 4 of 2020),

According to the Karnataka State Civil Services(Regulation of Transfer of Teachers) (Amendment) Rules-2022 Weighted Score of a teacher for the purpose of transfer = (Number of years of service rendered in C Zone x 3) + (Number of years of service rendered in B Zone x 2) + (Number of years of service rendered in A Zone x 1) + (Number of years of service rendered in the present school in the same cadre beyond 3 years x 1).

SCHEDULE 

As per the schedule released the Excess teachers draft list of Government Primary and High School Teachers to be released on 28th December 2022, Objections if any for the excess draft list can be submitted from 28th to 30th December 2022,

Final Excess teachers list to be released on 6th January 2023, Teachers vacancy list to be released on 12th January 2023, Online application for Teachers request transfer can be submitted from 2nd to 25th January 2023,

Request and Mutual transfer eligible teachers list to be released on 30th January 2023, Request Transfer district wise counselling for Government Primary School Teachers to be held from 6th to 8th February 2023, High school Teachers counselling from 9th to 11th February 2023, Mutual Transfer counselling at district level to be held on 13th February 2023
