SSC Multi-Tasking Staff, and Havaldar Exam 2022 – 23 notification release

The detailed vacancies for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2022 – 23 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC),

As per the notification released the recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 12523 vacancies of which 9329 vacancies are for the post of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Examination 2023 for the age group 18 to 25 years

And 2665 vacancies are for the post of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Examination 2023 in the age group 18 to 27 years, for more details CLICK HERE

The notification for the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2022 – 23 released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the online application can be submitted from 18th January 2023 and applications can be submitted till 17th February 2023, Last date to generate challan is 19th February 2023,

Last date for payment through Challan is 20th February 2023, Dates of ‘Window for Application Form Correction’ and online payment of Correction Charges is 23rd and 24th February 2023, Examination is scheduled to be held in April 2023

QUALIFICATION 

The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date (17th February 2023)

VACANCY DETAILS

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 11,000+ Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (in Pay Level-1 as per Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission), a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries / Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies / Statutory Bodies / Tribunals, etc., in different States / Union Territories and Havaldar (in Pay Level-1 as per Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission), a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non Ministerial post in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) under Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance. for the year 2022-23,

SELECTION

The selection of will be based on examination, The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar), The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in Hindi, English and in 13 regional languages

Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two Sessions: Session-I and Session-II and both the Sessions will be mandatory to be attempted. Not attempting any session will disqualify the candidate, Computer Based Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and in 13 regional languages

There will be no negative marking in Session-I. In Session-II, there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer

APPLICATION FEES

The fee payable is Rs 100, Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee

Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan

AGE LIMIT

The age limits for the posts as per the Recruitment Rules of various User Departments is 18 to 25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue) and 18 to 27 years for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and few posts of MTS.
