The Shree Ramnath Devasthan Charities Scholarship 2025–26 is a remarkable initiative by the Ramnath Devasthan Trust, Goa, aimed at supporting meritorious yet financially underprivileged students in pursuing higher education. Established in 1982, this long-standing scholarship program continues to uplift students from Goa, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, helping them achieve academic success in professional courses such as Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy, BBA, and Polytechnic.
Each year, the Trust disburses scholarships worth ₹8.10 lakh, benefiting approximately 250 students. The goal is not only to provide financial aid but also to expand access across diverse branches of education in the future, enabling more deserving students to overcome economic obstacles and fulfil their academic dreams.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be residents of Goa, Karnataka, or Maharashtra
- Be enrolled in recognized institutions for higher education
- Have secured a minimum of 60% average marks in their academic course (from 1st to 4th year)
- Ensure that their family income does not exceed ₹3,50,000 per annum, verified by the Mamlatdar or Revenue Officer
- Maintain consistent academic performance without decline in grades
- Belong to any caste, creed, or religion, as the scholarship is open to all

- Completed Application Form
- Recent Passport Size Photograph
- Income Certificate issued by a Mamlatdar or Revenue Officer
- Marksheet or Passing Certificate of the last examination
- First page of the applicant’s Bank Passbook
- Parent’s Bank Statement for the last quarter
- Principal’s Recommendation Letter
- Reference Letter from a Mahajan of Shree Ramnath Devasthan
