Primebook has officially confirmed the launch of its latest budget-friendly laptop, the Primebook 2 Neo, in India. Set to debut with a price tag of Rs 15,990, the laptop will cater to students, professionals, and Android enthusiasts seeking performance on a budget. The device will be available for purchase across major platforms including Flipkart, Amazon, and the Primebook official website.
For early buyers, Primebook has introduced an introductory offer of Rs 1,000 discount exclusively for the first 100 customers purchasing via the brand’s website. This effectively brings down the price to Rs 14,990, making it one of the most affordable Android-powered laptops in the market.
The Primebook 2 Neo is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, paired with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage, expandable up to 512GB through a microSD card. The laptop runs PrimeOS 3.0, a custom Android 15-based operating system tailored for productivity and education.
A major highlight of the Primebook 2 Neo is its AI Companion Mode, designed to enhance productivity. This feature allows users to summarise web content, articles, and PDFs, making research and learning more efficient. Additionally, the Operator Mode enables users to automate and execute tasks, while the AI-powered global search lets them conduct device-wide searches across apps, settings, and files.
