- Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
- Fill in the required details carefully, including personal information, achievements, and contributions.
- Upload all supporting documents and certificates as proof of eligibility.
- Submit the application before 4th November 2025.
Applications must be submitted online only, as no offline submissions will be accepted.
Important Instructions for Applicants
- All Government servants applying for the awards must submit vigilance clearance from their respective departments.
- Nominations from Indian Olympic Association (IOA), Sports Authority of India (SAI), recognized National Sports Federations (NSFs), Sports Promotion Boards, and State/UT Governments have also been invited.
- Applications received after November 4, 2025, will not be considered under any circumstances.
