KSRTC invite online applications for Student Bus Pass

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has invited applications for Student Free bus Pass for the year 2023 – 24, In current year as per the order of the Karnataka State Government, Student Bus Passes are being distributed fully computerized and to get the Student Free Bus pass, students have to go to Sevasindhu Portal and apply Online, There is no fee for applying through the online portal. Students can also apply at Karnataka One, Grama One and Bangalore One centers and pay a service fee of Rs.30

After applying the Student Free Bus pass can be obtained by going to the counter related to the respective taluk and paying the prescribed pass fee by cash, credit card / debit card UPI.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Get ready the following documents before apply online – Confirmation Letter from the School / College, Caste Certificate (SC / ST), Aadhaar Card, Passport Size Colour Photo, Address / Residential Proof, Fees Paid Receipt, Attested Application Form 

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO APPLY

Step 1 : If already registered user, then In Seva Sindhu Home Page Click on Registered Users Login Here, to login CLICK HERE

Step 2 : Enter Your Mobile Number / E-Mail Id, Password, Captcha, Click on Submit

Step 3 : A New Page Will be displayed, In the apply for Services, Click on View all Available Services

Step 4 : A New Page Will be displayed, In the apply for Services, Click on View all Available Services, then Click on Issue Student Bus Pass

Step 5 : A New Page of KSRTC, Issue Student Bus Pass will get open, Fill all the details,

Step 6 : Enter Captcha, Click on Submit (Before Submit Save Draft, Take Print and verify the details filled)

Step 7 : A New Page Attach Enclosures will get open, Upload the documents, Click on Save Annexures

Step 8 : A New Page Will be displayed, Check all the details filled and Click on Submit

Step 9 : PDF of application submitted will be displayed, Click on Print and take print out of copy, 

Step 10 : Along with the online application, Documents Pay the prescribed fees at respective taluk counters and collect Student Bus Pass
