STEP 1: Visit the Official Website

  • Go to the KSEAB website.
  • Click on “PF/Repeaters Online Registration”.
  • Register using your mobile number.
  • Read and accept all the self-declarations before proceeding.

STEP 2: Account Creation

  • Enter your mobile number as the username.
  • Select Candidate Type as Private Fresh (PF).
  • Create a new password following the given password policy.
  • Request an OTP and verify your registration.
  • You will receive your Username and Password on your registered mobile number.

Uploading Photo and Signature

  • Photo size: 60KB – 80KB (JPEG format)
  • Signature size: 20KB – 50KB (JPEG format)
  • Click on “Choose File” and upload both the photo and signature.
  • Verify the uploads and click SAVE to confirm.
  • Click PREVIEW to review the application before submission.

STEP 7: Upload Supporting Documents

  • Select District and Taluk (school name will be auto-fetched).
  • Upload documents in PDF format (100KB – 1MB).
  • After uploading all documents, check the declaration box to confirm.

STEP 8: Track Application

  • Once all details are uploaded, candidates can track their application status on the portal.

STEP 9: Make Online Payment

  • Click on “Make Payment” and pay the exam fee using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.

STEP 10: Verification and Approval

  • After successful payment, the application will be sent to the concerned Headmaster (HM) for verification.
  • If approved, it will be forwarded to KSEAB for processing.
  • Applications of candidates with physical conditions will be sent to the concerned DDPI for verification.
  • If any document is missing or incorrect, the application will be sent back for correction with remarks.
