STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR SSLC 2026 PRIVATE FRESH (PF) CANDIDATE REGISTRATION
STEP 1: Visit the Official Website
- Go to the KSEAB website.
- Click on “PF/Repeaters Online Registration”.
- Register using your mobile number.
- Read and accept all the self-declarations before proceeding.
STEP 2: Account Creation
- Enter your mobile number as the username.
- Select Candidate Type as Private Fresh (PF).
- Create a new password following the given password policy.
- Request an OTP and verify your registration.
- You will receive your Username and Password on your registered mobile number.
STEP 3: Login and Document Requirements
- Log in with your mobile number, OTP, and password.
- Review the list of documents required for registration.
- Click on “Application” to start filling out the PF form.
STEP 4: Fill Personal Details and Caste/Income Information
- Enter all your personal details accurately.
- Select your caste category and choose the appropriate annual income range.
- Enter valid RD numbers for your caste and income certificates.
- Refer to SSLC 2026 Exam-1 Notification (Page 7) for the complete fee structure.
STEP 5: Language and Subject Selection
- Select the appropriate language and subject combinations based on your eligibility.
- Candidates applying for language exemption must enter their UDID (Unique Disability ID) number.
- Refer to Page 5 and Page 11 of the official notification for details on physical conditions and exemption criteria.
Uploading Photo and Signature
- Photo size: 60KB – 80KB (JPEG format)
- Signature size: 20KB – 50KB (JPEG format)
- Click on “Choose File” and upload both the photo and signature.
- Verify the uploads and click SAVE to confirm.
- Click PREVIEW to review the application before submission.
STEP 7: Upload Supporting Documents
- Select District and Taluk (school name will be auto-fetched).
- Upload documents in PDF format (100KB – 1MB).
- After uploading all documents, check the declaration box to confirm.
STEP 8: Track Application
- Once all details are uploaded, candidates can track their application status on the portal.
STEP 9: Make Online Payment
- Click on “Make Payment” and pay the exam fee using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
STEP 10: Verification and Approval
- After successful payment, the application will be sent to the concerned Headmaster (HM) for verification.
- If approved, it will be forwarded to KSEAB for processing.
- Applications of candidates with physical conditions will be sent to the concerned DDPI for verification.
- If any document is missing or incorrect, the application will be sent back for correction with remarks.
Common reasons for rejection include missing or improperly scanned documents such as:
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Caste or Income Certificates
- Physically Challenged Certificate
- Proof of Residence
