Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

- The applicant must belong to the religious minority category of Karnataka.
- Must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
- Age should be between 18 to 55 years.
- Applicant’s annual income from all sources should not exceed ₹6,00,000/-.
- No family member should be a State or Central Government employee.
- The applicant or their family members should not have availed any loan or subsidy from KMDC in the last 5 years (except Arivu Education Loan and Foreign Education Loan Scheme).
- The applicant should not be a sustainer of the corporation.

- Passport-size photograph of the applicant
- Minority Certificate issued by the competent authority
- Income Certificate issued by the competent authority
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (residential proof)
- Copy of Bank Passbook
- Project Report of the proposed silk reeling/spinning activity
- Reelers License
- Self-Declaration by the applicant
