The Karnataka Pre-University Course State Level Public Examination (Amendment) Rules 2023 has been released by the Karnataka State Government
Draft rules were released on 10th February 2023 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within 15 days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette, And whereas no objections and suggestions were received by the Government within the specified period, final rules been released
As per the rules released in theory subjects If there is an upward revision of one mark or more marks of the total marks of the concerned paper, after revaluation, in any of the subjects, then the mark or marks so revised will be updated and the fee paid for revaluation shall be refunded
If there is a downward revision of one mark or more marks of the total marks of the concerned paper, after revaluation, in any of the subjects, then the marks so revised will be updated and the fee paid for revaluation shall be forfeited
If there is no revision of marks of the total marks of the concerned paper, after revaluation, in any of the subjects, then the marks so awarded will remain the same and the fee paid for revaluation shall be forfeited
The marks awarded in the 1st valuation in respect of that answer paper shall stand annulled. The revised marks awarded in revaluation shall be the marks for the said answer paper and a fresh marks card shall be issued incorporating the revised marks so awarded in the revaluation, for more details CLICK HERE
