ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Passed Class 12 (CHSE Odisha or equivalent) in 2025
- Resident of Odisha, belonging to General/SC/ST/OBC/SEBC/EBC categories
- Enrolled or planning to pursue an undergraduate course in Odisha
- Not previously benefitted from any state-sponsored laptop scheme
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must upload the following while applying:
- Aadhaar card
- Domicile certificate (if not evident)
- Passport-size photograph
- Mark sheet/ certificate of Class 12
- Aadhaar-linked bank account details
HOW TO APPLY
- Register on the Odisha State Scholarship Portal.
- Log in and select the “Godabarisha Vidyarthi Protsahana Yojana (Laptop DBT)” scheme.
- Fill in details, upload the necessary documents, and submit the form.
- Monitor the merit list and DBT status through the same portal or institutional notice boards
SELECTION PROCESS
Beneficiaries are selected based on academic merit in Class 12, following the state’s published merit list. A supplementary list may be issued if vacancies arise after the first round
