The D. K. SCHOLARSHIP OBJECTIVE AND COVERAGE
The D. K. Bhave Scholarship is intended to supplement, not replace, a student’s funding. It offers up to 50% of the total estimated first-year cost of a Master’s program, which includes tuition, books, accommodation, and incidental expenses. However, travel, visa, examination fees (GRE, etc.), and application fees are excluded. The amount is adjusted against any financial aid provided by the foreign university and is transferred directly to the institution.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
Be a graduate or final-year student of the Engineering Faculty of SPPU. Have studied at an NBA-accredited institute located in the PMC or PCMC area.
Possess a confirmed admission to a Master’s program in Engineering or Technology in an accredited university in the USA, Canada, Germany, or England. Have secured a minimum of a B grade or higher in academics. Applicants already enrolled in a foreign Master’s programme are not eligible.
The application deadline is 30th May 2025.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

- Signed application form (2 pages)
- Recommendation letter from the college Principal/Director (original)
- Statement of Purpose (1-2 pages with signature)
- Admission letter from the foreign university
- Final-year marksheet or 7th semester marksheet
- Copies of:
- Passport, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card
- Permanent address proof (e.g., electricity or telephone bill)
- Parent’s Aadhaar Card and address proof
- Documentation of academic achievements during B.E./B.Tech. (excluding research papers)
