Eligibility Criteria
AIIMS has prescribed different academic qualifications for different posts:
- 10th Pass – Hospital Attendant, Mortuary Attendant, MTS
- 12th Pass – Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician
- Diploma – Technical/Engineering roles
- Bachelor’s Degree – B.Sc, B.Tech, BPT, BOT, B.Pharm, GNM/B.Sc Nursing
