XAT means Xavier Aptitude Test. XAT exam is done to take admission for MBA/PGDM programs in XLRI and other top MBA colleges like IMT Ghaziabad, XIMB Bhubaneswar, TAPMI Manipal and 160 other top MBA colleges in India.
XLRI institute offers admission on the basis of XAT 2021 only and it will not accept any other entrance test score. On more than 70 cities with 100s of venues XAT 2021 entrance test will be conducted in India.

ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates appearing for XAT must pursued a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree or waitingfor their results are also eligible to apply for XAT 2021.
- There is no age limit or minimum aggregate marks for applying for XAT exam.
XAT EXAM PATTERN
XAT exam is conducted through online mode and the duration of exam is3hours. The candidates have to solve 99 questions which are in MCQ format.

XAT 2021 REGISTRATION PROCESS
Follow this process to fill the XAT 2021 application form:
Step 1 : Visit the official website of XAT.
Step 2 : Candidates are able to apply for more than one program.
Step 3 : GMP candidates may apply either through XAT or GMAT.
Step 4 : Enter your valid Email id as you will receive login credentials through registered email.
Step 5 : Candidate should note down the XAT ID and Password for furtherprocess.
Step 6 : After entering all necessary information, candidates have to upload the scanned photograph& signature in prescribed format.
Step 7 : Candidates are advised to fill the form carefully & cross verify the details before the final submission.
Step 8 : No changes will be entertained after clicking the “Final Submission” button.
APPLICATION FEES
XAT registration fee is same for all category students. Those who are choosing XLRI program will have to pay additional amount of Rs.300 per course.

XAT 2021 RESULT
After few days of the examination, the XAT result will be released by XLRI through online mode. On the basis of marks scored by the candidates the merit list will be announced. The result will be declared in the month of January 2021.
On the basis of declared merit list, the seats will be allotted to the candidates in the participating institutions. Candidates have to enter the enrollment number and other details to get the XAT result.
XAT 2021 COUNSELING
Shortlisted candidates for Interview in BM and HR program will be based only on XAT scorecard. Candidates those will apply for more than one program may be called for multiple interviews and group discussions.
The selection procedure for different programs may differ. While preparing the shortlisted candidates for the interview, in addition to XAT performance, academic background and the relevant work experience will also be considered.
