UPSC Declares Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Exam 2025 Results

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the results of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now access their results on the commission’s official portal. The examination was conducted from June 21 to June 22, 2025.

Candidates who have successfully qualified in the written stage are now eligible to appear for the Personality Interview Round, the final step in the recruitment process. The roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates have been published in a downloadable PDF file on the official portal. However, candidates must note that their candidature remains provisional until they present valid documents during the interview.

As per UPSC guidelines, shortlisted candidates will be required to produce original certificates verifying their age, educational qualifications, community category, disability status (if any), and Economic Weaker Section (EWS) status during the Personality Test. The failure to present valid documentation may lead to disqualification from the final selection process.

In addition, UPSC has announced the release of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for candidates moving on to the next stage. The DAF will be available on the UPSC website from July 29 to August 12, 2025, up to 6:00 p.m. Candidates must complete and submit the DAF within the specified window to be considered for the interview round.

  2. On the homepage, find the ‘What’s New’ section.
  3. Click on the link titled “Written Result: Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination 2025.”
  4. Download the result PDF and search for your Roll Number.
  5. Save the PDF for future reference.
