- Citizen of India / Nepal / Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee settled before 1 Jan 1962
- Person of Indian origin from specified countries (with Govt certificate)
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed written & practical parts of final MBBS exam
- Final-year MBBS students can apply provisionally
- Internship must be completed before appointment
