ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in handling court cases, legal matters, or trade marks & geographical indications
- Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from a recognized University
Deputy Director (Examination Reforms)
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Humanities / Science / Commerce / Engineering & Technology / or professional disciplines such as Law, Management, Finance, or Accounts
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, educational testing, examination reforms, or administration of online examinations
- Desirable Qualification: One-year Diploma in Computer Applications
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)
Examiner of Trade Marks & GI
- UR/EWS: 30 years
- OBC: 33 years
- SC/ST: 35 years
- PwBD: 40 years

Salary Structure
