UTSAH (Undertaking Transformative Strategies and Actions in Higher Education) also provides detailed information about University Grants Commission (UGC) initiatives for qualitative reforms in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) .
In this regard, the Regulations, Guidelines, and Frameworks issued by the UGC will also be readily available for the information of all stakeholders. UTSAH (Undertaking Transformative Strategies and Actions in Higher Education) portal has been designed with the user friendly interface to facilitate easy submission of initiatives, achievements and best practices adopted by the institutions to implement quality reforms in the campuses of Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs)
