IMPORTANT DATES

As per the notification released the online applications for the Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 can be submitted from 27th March 2024, Last date to submit the online application is 10th April 2024, Last date for the payment of the application fees is 10th April 2024, Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 in Computer Based Mode is scheduled to be held from 20th May 2024 to 3rd June 2024

APPLICATION FEES

Candidates appearing for Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 to pay a fee of Rs.1000 if appearing for a single paper (i.e., only Paper I or only Paper II) or Rs.2000 if appearing for Both Papers (i.e., Paper I and Paper II)

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates who have passed Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and pass in 2  year Diploma in Elementary Education / 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) are eligible to apply for Paper I

Candidates who have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., with at least 50% marks and pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education) are eligible to apply for Paper II

EXAM PATTERN

Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 Paper I to be conducted for 150 Marks, Duration of Exam is 2 hours, 30 Minutes, Question paper to consist of Questions on Child Development and Pedagogy (30 Marks), Language I (30 Marks), Language II (30 Marks), Mathematics (30 Marks), Environmental Science (30 Marks),

Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 Paper II to be conducted for 150 Marks, Duration of Exam is 2 hours, 30 Minutes, Question paper to consist of Questions on Child Development and Pedagogy (30 Marks), Language I (30 Marks), Language II (30 Marks), Mathematics and Science (60 Marks) or Social Science (60 Marks), The question paper shall be bilingual

QUALIFYING MARKS

To qualify in Telangana State Teachers Eligibility Test (TS TET) 2024 the candidates belonging to General Category to score 60% and above, BC’s to score 50% and above, SC / ST / PwD to score 40% and above, The validity period of TET qualifying certificates for appointment would remain valid for life.
