ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TERRITORIAL ARMY RECRUITMENT 2025
Candidates applying for the Territorial Army Soldier 2025 recruitment must meet the educational qualifications as per their category.
Soldier (General Duty): Must have passed Class 10th / Matric with at least 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
For boards following a grading system, a minimum of D Grade (33–40) in each subject or an equivalent grade corresponding to 33% is required, with an overall aggregate of C2 Grade or equivalent.
Soldier (Clerk): Must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate in any stream (Arts/Commerce/Science) with at least 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject.
Candidates must have 50% marks in English and Maths / Accounts / Bookkeeping in Class 12th.
Soldier Tradesmen (All Trades except House Keeper & Mess Cook): Must have passed Class 10th with 33% marks in each subject (no aggregate requirement).
Soldier Tradesmen (House Keeper & Mess Cook): Must have passed Class 8th with at least 33% marks in each subject.
Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)
