The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has officially announced its SIDBI Recruitment 2025 drive, inviting applications for 76 Officer posts under Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ categories. This recruitment aims to bring talented individuals on board to strengthen the developmental financial institution that plays a pivotal role in promoting and financing the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector in India.

VACANCY DETAILS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Age Limit (as on 14-07-2025)

• Grade A: 21 to 30 years (Born between 14-07-1995 and 15-07-2004)
• Grade B: 25 to 33 years (Born between 14-07-1992 and 15-07-2000)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Assistant Manager Grade A:

• Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration (min. 60%)
• CS/ CMA/ CFA/ CA
• MBA/PGDM (full-time 2 years from recognized institutions)

Manager Grade B:

• Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline or professional qualifications (min. 60%/55%)
• Bachelor’s in Law or MCA (with specified percentage requirements)

SALARY STRUCTURE

• Assistant Manager Grade A: Approx. ₹1,00,000/month
• Manager Grade B: Approx. ₹1,15,000/month
