The Office of the Coordinator, Rajasthan, is set to begin the registration process for the Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2025 on 5th March 2025. Candidates aspiring to pursue teaching courses in Rajasthan can apply for the entrance examination online. The last date to submit applications is 7th April 2025. The PTET 2025 examination will be conducted on 15th June 2025.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PTET 2025
The PTET 2025 exam is conducted for admission to two types of courses—a 2-year B.Ed program and a 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed / B.Sc. B.Ed program. The eligibility criteria for both courses are as follows:
For 2-Year B.Ed Course:
Candidates must have completed their graduation or post-graduation from a recognized university, General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks.
Reserved category candidates (SC, ST, OBC, EBC, Divyang, Widow, and Deserted Women) native to Rajasthan must have obtained at least 45% marks.
For 4-Year Integrated B.A. B.Ed / B.Sc. B.Ed Course:
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (12th grade) from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer, or any equivalent recognized board, General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks.
Reserved category candidates (SC, ST, OBC, EBC, Divyang, Widow, and Forsaken Women) must have at least 45% marks.
APPLICATION PROCESS AND FEE DETAILS
Candidates can apply for PTET 2025 through the official website of the Office of the Coordinator, Rajasthan. During the application process, they must provide essential personal details, educational qualifications, and upload the required documents.
The application fee for PTET 2025 is ₹500. However, Science stream candidates applying for both B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed courses will have to pay ₹1000.
