The fellowship is open to Indian citizens aged 25 or below who are either young professionals or in the final year of their undergraduate or postgraduate education. Selected fellows will be awarded a monthly stipend of ₹50,000, along with numerous other benefits including mentorship from senior political leaders and policy experts, a prestigious completion certificate, and theoretical training in diverse domains such as public administration, political systems, law, and governance. Additionally, fellows will be placed in the offices of senior legislators or administrators, offering firsthand experience in policymaking and strategy.
