POWERGRID RECRUITMENT 2025 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age Limit (as on 17-09-2025):
- Maximum Age: 29 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ExSM candidates.
Educational Qualification:
- Field Engineer: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical or Civil or equivalent discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university/institute.
- Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized board/institute.
POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 Application Fee
- Field Engineer: ₹400/-
- Field Supervisor: ₹300/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM: Exempted from fee.

POWERGRID RECRUITMENT 2025 SALARY & BENEFITS
For Non-RDSS Projects:
- Field Engineer: Pay band of ₹30,000–3%–₹1,20,000, starting basic ₹30,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of basic. Annual CTC approx. ₹8.9 Lakhs.
- Field Supervisor: Pay band of ₹23,000–3%–₹1,05,000, starting basic ₹23,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of basic. Annual CTC approx. ₹6.8 Lakhs.
For RDSS Projects:
- Same structure as above with attractive allowances and growth opportunities.
Selection Process
