Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Oberoi Group Scholarship 2025 must meet the following requirements:
- Age between 28 to 35 years as of 15 August in the year of application.
- Possess a 3-year degree in hotel management or any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 70% aggregate in the latest degree course.
- Achieve a minimum score of 7 in IELTS or 100 in TOEFL (online version accepted).
- Have five years of continuous full-time experience as an Executive in a hotel, across departments like Front Office, Food and Beverage Service, Kitchen, or Housekeeping.
- Provide a letter of recommendation from the reporting General Manager and validation from the Company/Corporate Head, coordinated directly by The Oberoi Group, depending on the scholarship applied for.
The application deadline is 15 September 2025, with virtual interviews scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the EHL MBA program starting in March 2026. Executive mentorship will begin in April 2026.
