The National Financial Literacy Quiz (NFLQ) 2025 is a premier nationwide competition designed to test and enhance the financial knowledge of undergraduate and postgraduate students. QUIZ STRUCTURE AND ROUNDS
NFLQ 2025 follows a three-stage competition format, starting with an online screening round, followed by regional qualifiers, and culminating in the grand national finals at the NISM Campus near Mumbai.
ROUND 1: ONLINE QUIZ
- Participants answer 40 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in 45 minutes.
- No negative marking; questions carry 1, 3, or 4 marks each.
- Deadline: April 30, 2025.
ROUND 2: REGIONAL ROUNDS
- 6 regions: North, South, East, West, Central, and Northeast India.
- A proctored quiz followed by stage rounds.
- 50 undergraduate (UG) and 50 postgraduate (PG) teams qualify from each region.
ROUND 3: SEMI-FINALS & GRAND FINALE
- Conducted at the NISM Campus near Mumbai.
- A proctored quiz followed by intense stage rounds.
- 60 UG & 60 PG teams qualify for the semi-finals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Open to students pursuing UG or PG courses in a recognized college, university, or institution in India.
- Candidates must have completed their higher secondary (10+2) education.
- Maximum age limit: 25 years (as of December 1, 2024).
RESTRICTIONS
- Students in part-time or distance learning programs are not eligible.
- Past winners of NFLQ 2024, NFLQ 2022, or similar events conducted by NISM cannot participate.
- Participants from NISM’s long-term programs are ineligible.
