The online registration process for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 3 year LLB 2025 has been started by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, As per the notification released the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai for the academic year 2025-26, will conduct MH CET 3 year LLB 2025 courses under Higher Education
The CET Examination for LLB 3 Yrs. courses under Higher Education will be conducted at various examination centres Within & Outside Maharashtra State,
KEY DATES
Interested and eligible candidates can submit the online applications for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 3 year LLB 2025 from 27th December 2024, the last date to submit the online application is 27th January 2025
The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has also announced the MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 and 5-year LLB exam dates, The MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on 20th March and 21st March 2025, On the other hand, the MH CET 5-year LLB 2025 exam will be conducted on 4th April 2025
ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline, General category candidates from Maharashtra or other states are required to have completed their graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks,
Whereas the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates from Maharashtra are required to have completed their graduation in any discipline with at least 40% aggregate marks, While the Vimukta Jati Nomadic Tribes (VJNT), Special Backward Class (SBC), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates to have completed their graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 42% marks
EXAM PATTERN
The MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 exam pattern is designed to assess candidates’ aptitude for legal studies. The exam will be conducted online in a computer-based test (CBT) format. It consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) divided into five sections: Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English, and Basic Mathematics.
Each question carries one mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours (120 minutes). Candidates should focus on time management and understanding the syllabus to perform well in this competitive law entrance test.
