The Margdarshan Mentorship Program, an initiative by the India Technology Centre (ITC) – a key entity of CNH Industrial, is a unique effort aimed at transforming the future of underprivileged B.Tech students. Rooted in CNH Industrial’s mission of “building a better world,” the program focuses on enhancing employability, overall development, and professional readiness of aspiring engineers through dedicated mentorship and career guidance.
Exclusively designed for B.Tech students studying in any academic year at government or government-aided colleges and universities in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad, this initiative opens a gateway to high-impact learning. Eligible students must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their previous academic year and come from families with an annual income not exceeding ₹6 lakh.
Selected candidates will benefit from nine personalized one-on-one mentorship sessions conducted by experienced employees at CNH Industrial. These tailored interactions are designed to help students understand industry expectations, explore career options, and build essential soft and technical skills. In addition, nine expert-led group webinars will offer insights into trending topics, real-world applications, and industry best practices, further enriching the participants’ academic journey.
Beyond skill-building, the program fosters an environment of encouragement and guidance, bridging the gap between academic learning and professional aspirations. Mentors will also offer career counselling, helping students align their goals with market demands and personal interests.
Applicants need to submit essential documents including a passport-sized photograph, valid ID proof (like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or PAN), the latest academic mark sheet, proof of admission (such as college ID card or fee receipt), and verifiable family income proof (e.g., salary slip or income certificate).
