In this scheme loan amount of Rs 5,00,000 max per unit cost will be provided of which 50% loan and 50% subsidy.

Eligibility

The applicant should belong to the religious minority category of the Karnataka state, applicant shall be a permanent resident of the state, applicants age must be between 18 to 55 years, Family income from all sources should not exceed more than 8 Lakhs, Aggrieved beneficiaries should obtain a report from the relevant competent authority, None of the applicant’s family members should be in Central or State Government employment, Applicant or his/her family should not have availed loan facility from Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation (Except Arivu Education Loan Scheme ) in last five years

Documents required:

The documents required to apply for KMDC Santwana Scheme are Photo of the applicant, Caste/Minority Certificate Issued by the competent authority, Income Certificate Issued by the competent authority, Copy of Aadhaar as Residential Proof, Copy of Bank Passbook, Self-declaration form from Surety, Applicant s Self-Declaration, Aggrieved beneficiaries should obtain a report from the relevant competent authority
