Department of School Education, Karnataka conducted the Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (KARTET) 2023 Paper 1 and 2 on 3rd September 2023 in two shifts from 9.30AM to 12PM and 2 to 4PM

Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (KARTET) 2023 Paper 1 was conducted for Candidates aspire to become teachers for Class 1 to 5, Exam was held for 150 Marks, Duration of Exam was 150 Minutes, It is mandatory for the candidates belonging to General Category to secure minimum 60% Marks to get eligible, Question Paper contained Question on Language 1, Language 2, Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), Mathematics and Environmental Science (EVS)

While the reserved category to score minimum 55% of Marks, However the Paper 2 was conducted for Candidates aspire to become teachers for Class 6 to 6, Exam was held for 150 Marks, Duration of Exam was 150 Minutes, It is mandatory for the candidates belonging to General Category to secure minimum 60% Marks to get eligible, Question Paper contained Question on Language 1, Language 2, Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), Mathematics and Science / Social Science
