The Karnataka State Textbook Society, Department of School Education and Literacy, Karnataka has started the printing process of textbooks for the academic year 2023 – 24, As per the sources the Government School students are likely to get textbooks for the next academic year by April 2023
In the previous years the students had to wait for couple of months after the commencement of the academic year but not this year, usually sometimes the textbooks to be reached to all the students of Government schools take till September
Commissioner, Department of Public Instructions R Vishal said 50% of textbook printing process is being completed, by 20th March 2023 all the textbooks to be printed,
Whereas by 30th March 2023 the 80% of textbooks to be sent to schools and within April the distribution of textbooks to the Government School students for the next academic year to be closed,
Meanwhile the uniforms for the next academic year to be issued early as the work order for the first set of uniform been given, supply will be started in the next couple of weeks, end of April the Textbooks and first set uniform to be supplied to all schools,
