The Karnataka State Government has received approval from the competent authority to fill 3,600 vacant posts in the Karnataka Police Department, State Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara informed the Legislative Council on Thursday. The announcement was made during the Question Hour while responding to a query raised by BJP MLC Gaganacharya.
