Karnataka High Court single member bench had issued an order cancelling the 5th and 8th class Assessment Examination that was scheduled to be conducted from 13th to 18th March 2023, the Karnataka State Government had filed an appeal challenging the order of the high court single-member bench.
Karnataka High Court, which held a hearing in this regard on 14th March 2023, got refused to stay the order cancelling the circular regarding conducting 5th and 8th std Assessment Exam 2023 and adjourned the hearing to today(15th March 2023) and instructed the Principal Secretary to submit an affidavit
