SELECTION PROCESS
Selection will be made on the basis of:
- Tier 1 – Written Exam
- Tier 2 – Descriptive Type Exam
- Tier 3 – Interview round
Based on the collective performance in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III rounds, the candidates name will be shortlisted for final selection subject to their Character and Antecedent verification followed by medical examination, etc.
EXAM PATTERN & SYLLABUS
EXAM PATTERN
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of a written exam, followed by an interview test. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, this year exam will be held online.
Candidates will take a 1 hour exam; paper consists of 100 questions in 5 sections such as General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Logical/Analytical Ability and Reasoning, English Language and General Studies. For each incorrect answer, there will be0.25 marks deduction.
Candidates who clear Tier-I and Tier-II examination will move on to Tier 3, which is an interview of 100 Marks. Those who appear for the interview may be asked to take a Psychometric/Aptitude Test.
Tier 2 will be a descriptive type of exam. Candidates will take a 1 hour exam with 50 marks divided into two parts, Essay and English Comprehension & Précis Writing.

IB ACIO ADMIT CARD
Candidates are required to submit their e-mail ID during the registration process as the admit cards for the Tier-I, Tier-II & Tier-III exam & other relevant information would be sent to the candidate on their registered e-mail ID only. the candidates are required to check all the details printed on admit card. If you find any discrepancy then inform it to concerned authorities before the exam. You need to carry your admit card and any one Valid photo ID card.
SELECTION PROCESS
out of the Choices of 3 cities the candidate has to appear in Tier-I at one of the 3 centre allotted to him/her, for each wrong answers there will be negative marking of ¼ mark, No marks will be given for an un-attempted question, In order to achieve qualitative selection & recruit the best available talent, there would score the cut-off marks (out of 100) in Tier-I exam as under: UR-35, OBC/EWS-34 & SC/ST-33
Combining the performance in Tier-I and Tier-II, the candidates would be shortlisted for the Tier-III (Interview) at 5 times the number of vacancies available subject to the condition that the candidate secures minimum 33% marks (17 out of 50) in Tier-II examination
The Final Selection List will be Based on the combined performance in Tier-I, Tier-II and TierIII Interview, then the candidates will be shortlisted for their Character and Antecedent verification followed by medical examination
