Eligibility Criteria for IIRS Internship 2025

- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must be pursuing UG/PG/PhD from a recognized university/institution (India or abroad) in Science or Technology disciplines, or have completed their degree within six months of application.
- Must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or a CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale.
Semester/Program-Specific Eligibility
- BE/BTech (Engineering): Completed the 6th semester.
- ME/MTech: Completed the 1st semester.
- BSc/Diploma: Only final-year students are eligible.
- MSc: Completed the 1st semester.
- PhD scholars: Should have completed coursework.
