The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode), the administering body for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, has opened the application correction window for candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. Applicants can now edit specific details in their CAT 2025 application forms until October 7, 2025 (5 PM), by visiting the official CAT website
The CAT 2025 registration process, which began on August 1, closed on September 20, 2025. This limited edit window offers registered candidates a final opportunity to rectify errors or update certain details before the exam.
CAT 2025 Application Correction: What Can Be Edited
According to IIM Kozhikode, candidates can make changes in the following sections of the CAT 2025 application form:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Test city preferences
Additionally, during this window, candidates can now select IIM Guwahati and its programmes in their application forms. Notably, IIM Guwahati has been announced as India’s 22nd Indian Institute of Management, with IIM Ahmedabad designated as its mentor institution. The permanent campus for IIM Guwahati will be located in Palasbari, Kamrup district of Assam, while the institute will initially operate from a temporary campus provided by the Assam state government.

CAT 2025 Test City Preferences
Applicants can select five different test cities from a drop-down list based on their convenience. After registration, one test city will be allotted based on availability. In rare cases where none of the preferred cities are available, the candidate will be allotted a nearby test location.
IIM Kozhikode has urged applicants to review all details carefully before submitting changes, as no further extension will be granted after October 7 (5 PM).
CAT 2025 Exam Date, Admit Card, and Duration
The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 will be conducted on November 30, 2025, in three sessions across India. The test duration will be 120 minutes (2 hours). Candidates can download their admit cards from November 5, 2025, via the official website.
