The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has officially announced the exam dates for the Term-end Examinations (TEE) December 2025 session. Students pursuing Online Distance Learning (ODL) and Online Programmes can now apply through the official IGNOU exam portal
As per the notification, the IGNOU TEE December 2025 exam will commence from December 1, 2025, and will be conducted in both pen-and-paper and computer-based test (CBT) modes, depending on the course.
IGNOU TEE December 2025 Registration Process
The university has already activated the IGNOU TEE December 2025 examination form submission link. Students who are already registered on the IGNOU student portal can simply log in and complete the application process. However, those who have not registered yet will first need to create a new account by clicking on the “NEW REGISTRATION” option on the portal.
The last date to fill the IGNOU exam form 2025 without a late fee is October 6, 2025. Candidates who miss this deadline can still apply until October 20, 2025, by paying a late fee of ₹1,100.
While filling out the IGNOU TEE form 2025, students must carefully select:
- Mode of examination (offline or CBT)
- Courses they are applying for
- Preferred exam centre
For practical or lab-based courses, including the BLIS programme, candidates are required to coordinate with their respective regional centres to know the exam schedule and venue details.
Key Instructions for IGNOU TEE December 2025
According to the official notification, once the examination form is submitted, requests for change of exam centre or course selection will not be entertained. Students must therefore carefully review their application before final submission.
The notice also highlights that the examination form must be submitted only through the Samarth Portal. Any offline or manual requests will not be accepted.
