The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially reopened the registration portal for the CS December 2025 Examination, October 23, 2025. Eligible candidates who missed the earlier deadline now have one final opportunity to apply for the examination by paying a late fee through the official website
As per the ICSI CS December 2025 exam schedule, the late fee registration window will remain active until October 25, 2025. After this date, no further applications will be accepted. Candidates who have already registered will be allowed to edit their details — including exam centre, module, medium, and elective subject — from October 26 to November 21, 2025, until 4:00 PM.
ICSI CS December 2025 Exam Dates and Schedule
According to the official notification, the ICSI CS Executive and Professional Programme examinations for both Group 1 and Group 2 are scheduled to take place from December 22 to December 29, 2025. The examination sessions will be conducted in the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM, including a 15-minute reading time between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM.
The Institute has also reserved four buffer days — December 30 and 31, 2025, and January 1 and 2, 2026 — to address any unforeseen circumstances or disruptions during the examination period.
ICSI CS December 2025 Examination Fee Structure
Candidates applying for the upcoming exam need to pay the following fees as per their programme level:
- Executive Programme: ₹1,500 per group
- Professional Programme: ₹1,800 per group
- Late Application Fee: ₹250 (flat rate)
- Modification Fee (for exam centre, group, medium, or elective subject): ₹250 per change
- Additional Group Fee: ₹250
- Dubai Centre Surcharge: USD 100 (or its INR equivalent)
ICSI has also clarified that candidates appearing from the Dubai examination centre are required to pay the additional USD 100 surcharge, which is mandatory and non-refundable.
Important Deadlines for ICSI CS December 2025 Exam
The registration process for the ICSI CS December 2025 session originally commenced on August 26, 2025, and candidates were permitted to apply with a late fee until September 25, 2025. The Institute has now provided this final extension window to accommodate students who missed the earlier deadline.
Furthermore, all candidates must complete their mandatory pre-examination test by October 24, 2025 (5:30 PM) to be eligible for the examination.
