The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially released the schedule for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 examination. The online application process will begin on August 26, 2025, and conclude on September 25, 2025. Candidates who miss the deadline will still be able to apply by paying a late fee between September 26 and October 10, 2025.
Aspiring students can register themselves and access the detailed notification on the official ICSI website, icsi.edu. The exams will be conducted from December 22 to December 29, 2025, and candidates will have the option to write the exam in either English or Hindi.
ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Eligibility Criteria
The ICSI has specified eligibility conditions for both Executive and Professional Programme students:
- Executive Programme: Students must pass the Online Pre-Examination Test and either ODOP (One Day Orientation Programme) or TDOP (Three Days Orientation Programme) depending on their registration period.
- Professional Programme: The Online Pre-Examination Test is mandatory before enrollment.
These eligibility norms ensure that only well-prepared candidates appear for the CS examinations.
ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Exam Fees
The ICSI has also announced the examination fee structure for the CS December 2025 exam:
- Executive Programme: ₹1,500 per group
- Professional Programme: ₹1,800 per group
- Late Fee: ₹250 (fixed)
- Change of centre/group/medium/optional subject: ₹250 per change
- Adding an extra group: ₹250
- Dubai Exam Centre surcharge: USD 100 (or equivalent in INR)
Students are advised to carefully select their exam centre, group, medium, and optional subjects at the time of application to avoid additional charges.
