- Be an Indian citizen
- Have passed 10th-grade exams with at least 70% marks
- Belong to a family with a monthly income not exceeding ₹25,000
- Must be willing to attend four mandatory training programs per year, focused on personal and career growth

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must provide:
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Aadhar card of the student and both parents
- Class 9 final, Class 10 pre-board and final marksheets
- College admission ID card and admission fee receipt
- A letter from the college detailing the annual tuition fee
- Income proof/salary slips of both parents
- Proof of house ownership (if applicable)
- Student’s bank passbook
