The notification for the recruitment of 4062 Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant vacancies in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) under National Education Society for Tribal Students released, National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous organization established under Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India

Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) are being established under National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) with objective of providing quality education from Class VI to XII students belonging to ST category

Online applications can be submitted from 28th June 2023, Last date to submit online application is 31st July 2023, Last date to print filled in application is 31st July 2023

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 4062 Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant vacancies in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), Date of download of admit card and examination to be announced later

EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE-2023) will be conducted in OMR Based (Pen-Paper) mode, Medium of Examination will be both in Hindi and English

APPLICATION FEES

The application fees to be paid to the post of 4062 Principal, Post Graduate Teachers, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Lab Attendant vacancies in Ekalavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), Application fees to be paid online, No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwBD categories and the Candidates have to pay fees separately if they applying for more than one post.

AGE LIMIT

QUALIFICATION

The Candidates who have passed 112th / Diploma / Degree / Post Graduation from a recognized University are eligible to apply (For Post wise Qualification details refer the notification given below)

SELECTION

Selection to be based on Written Exam, One mark (1) shall be awarded to every correct answer and 0.25 shall be deducted for every incorrect answer. Unanswered questions will not be given any mark

Principal 

Objective Type Exam of 130 marks and language Competency Test -20 marks, Personality Test / Interview: 40 mark to be conducted, Questions will be based on Reasoning & Numeric Ability, General Awareness, Language Competency Test, Academics and residential aspects, Administration and Finance, Duration of Exam is 3 hours

PGT 

Objective Type Exam of 130 marks and language Competency Test -20 marks, Questions will be based on General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Knowledge of ICT, Teaching Aptitude, Subject specific, Experiential activity-based pedagogy and case study-based questions, nep 2020, Language Competency Test, Duration of Exam is 3 hours

Accountant

Objective Type Exam of 130 marks, Questions will be based on Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Language Competency Test, Basic knowledge of Computer Operation, General Awareness & Current Affairs, Subject Knowledge, Duration of Exam is 2 hours 30 minutes

Junior Secretariat Assistant

Objective Type Exam of 130 marks, Questions will be based on Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Language Competency Test, General Awareness, Basic Knowledge of Computer Operation, Duration of Exam is 2 hours 30 minutes

Lab Attendant

Objective Type Exam of 130 marks, Questions will be based on Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Language Competency Test, Subject Specific Knwoledge Duration of Exam is 2 hours 30 minutes
