The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially launched the special phase counselling for Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) 2025, starting today, July 25. Eligible students seeking admission to undergraduate programmes in various colleges across the state can now register and exercise web options by visiting the official portal. The last date to complete the registration and web options entry is July 31, 2025.
DOST is a centralized online platform facilitating admissions to Undergraduate (UG) programmes in Telangana, including BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, and others. The special phase has been introduced to accommodate students who missed earlier rounds or need to change their options due to various reasons.
According to the official schedule, seat allotment results for the special phase will be declared on August 3, 2025. Students who are allotted seats must complete the online self-reporting process by paying the college or seat reservation fee between August 3 and 6, 2025. Those who have self-reported must report to their respective colleges between August 4 and 6.
Importantly, special category candidates — including Physically Handicapped (PH), Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), NCC, and those involved in sports or extracurricular activities — are required to appear for certificate verification on July 31, 2025. These candidates must ensure they carry all relevant documents for validation.
However, candidates who have already confirmed their admission in previous phases of DOST 2025 are not eligible to participate in the special phase counselling.
